Homio Decor 1-Year Limited Warranty
At Homio Decor, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are pleased to offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing faults under normal residential use.
Covered components may include:

Internal wood frames

Structural joints
-
Bases and legs
-
Hardware and fittings
-
Upholstery stitching and seams

Manufacturing defects in materials

Defects affecting the structural integrity of the product
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Homio Decor will, at its sole discretion:

Supply replacement parts;

Replace the product; or

Offer a reasonable alternative solution where repair or replacement is not possible.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Minor variations in color, grain, texture, marble veining, leather markings, or natural material characteristics

Fabric pilling, softening, creasing, stretching, or compression occurring through normal use

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, improper cleaning, improper assembly, or failure to follow care instructions

Damage caused by pets, animals, insects, or pests

Scratches, dents, stains, burns, cuts, tears, or impact damage

Water damage, moisture damage, mold, mildew, or exposure to extreme temperatures

Damage caused by moving, dragging, dropping, or improper transportation after delivery

Commercial, rental, hospitality, office, or high-traffic use unless otherwise agreed in writing

Products modified, repaired, or altered by anyone other than Homio Decor or its authorized partners

Customer dissatisfaction relating to comfort preference, firmness, softness, dimensions, color appearance, or aesthetic expectations
Natural Material Variations
Many Homio Decor products are handcrafted using natural materials.
The following are considered natural characteristics and are not defects:

Variations in wood grain, knots, and color

Variations in marble veining and tone

Natural markings, scars, and grain patterns in leather

Variations in fabric texture, pile direction, and shading
-
Minor dimensional tolerances resulting from handmade production
These characteristics make each piece unique and are not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homio Decor's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the affected product, as determined by Homio Decor.
Homio Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products.
