Return Policy

At HomioDecor, we aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase from our online store. If you are not satisfied with your product, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or exchange if certain return requirements are met. Please note that you are responsible for any postage and shipping costs related to returns. Our free shipping offers exclude return shipping costs. We will provide a refund if an item you ordered is out of stock, or if we are unable to fulfill a pre-order within the promised timeframe.

Returns for Change of Mind

You can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Only products labeled as "Ready-to-Ship" on the product page are eligible for returns.
  • "Made-to-Order" items are not eligible for returns as they are custom-made.
  • We do not accept returns for minor color variations, which may occur due to lighting in the images.

Please note: We do not accept returns for furniture (chairs, bar stools, poufs, etc.) or lighting (floor lamps, wall lamps, table lamps) if a full replacement is available. If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a full refund or provide compensation, depending on the reason. Additionally, customized, used, or discounted items are not eligible for returns.

Bedding, towels, and similar items are only returnable within 48 hours, provided they are sealed in their original packaging. Once the seal is broken, these items cannot be returned.

Return Process and Fees

If your return meets the eligibility criteria:

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A 25% restocking fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product is properly insured. If the returned product arrives damaged, a corresponding deduction will be made from the refund.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
  • Items must be shipped within 2 business days of receiving return authorization, and you must email the return tracking number to info@homiodecor.com. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the refund.
  • For product exchanges, all shipping, handling, processing, and restocking fees will be deducted, and any remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Freight and LTL Returns

For Freight or LTL deliveries (palletized truck shipments), tracking may not be available for the first 24-48 hours. If a cancellation request is made after shipping, the customer will still be responsible for original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Customers should inspect all packages for visible damage upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, note this on the delivery receipt and list specifics. If the package is damaged, email info@homiodecor.com within 24 hours to report it.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must:

  • Email us 2-3 images showing the defect and images of the original box with its label.
  • Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories included.

For FedEx or small carrier deliveries, if the package is visibly damaged, please inspect the contents immediately. If the damage is significant, reject the package and we will issue a replacement once it returns to our warehouse. For minor damage, such as to a handle or small part, accept the package, send us photos, and we will send a replacement part.

All claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receipt. We are not liable for minor color variations or defects due to lighting conditions in images.

Color and Material Variations

Please note that colors may appear differently depending on your computer, tablet, or mobile screen settings. Variations in leather texture, tone, and hue are natural, as each piece comes from a unique hide. These variations are not considered defects, and we cannot accept responsibility for differences caused by your viewing device.

Similarly, variations in fabric shade, texture, or grain due to the material’s natural characteristics are not considered defects.

Refund Policy

Refunds in case of damage: If your product is damaged and we CAN replace it, you will receive a replacement and not a refund. Refunds in case of quality issue: If the quality issue is our manufacturers fault a replacement will be issued without a refund. If the quality issue is caused by external factors such as dragging, dropping or scratching no refund and no replacement can be issued. In case if we cannot replace the damaged item we will offer a compensation for the damage which depends on the volume of the damage and if the item is usable or not.

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your product if you wish to return it.

HOMIODECOR takes pride in delivering new and sealed products to our customers. We like to believe that we've established a level of trust with our customers and would like to serve them with the quality of products that we have. If you were offered a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method if your item has arrived damaged and its not usable, please note: if the item is usable we can issue a compensation for the damage caused or send you a replacement.

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Final Notes on Returns

Customers must retain original packaging for at least 3 days after delivery in case a return or exchange is required. If a returned item is damaged during return shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. HomioDecor reserves the right to charge a $25 fee for any credit card disputes resolved in our favor.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions: 

  1. The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  2. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  3. Serial Number has tampered with
  4. Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer's warranty
  5. Product is used or altered
  6. If a request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery
  7. Free products provided by the brand
  8. Not as expected cases/Like or Dislike
  9. Order placed by mistake

Homio Decor Warranty

We offer 1 Year Furniture Warranty and customer support.

Our coverage applies to all furniture and decor items. The coverage includes wood frames, joints, sinuous springs platforms, bases, legs, and hardware, which are integral to the life of the furniture. We can send you replacements for free or at additional cost depending on the case which will be determined based on your photo evidence and the availability of the particular part.

What products does the lifetime warranty cover? This includes all of our indoor upholstered & wood furniture such as sofas, lounge chairs, benches, ottomans, daybeds & chaises, coffee tables, and wall decor.
