All our products have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to send it back in the same condition as you received it if you are eligible to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not provide a free return shipping label on all our products. In many cases the customer have to cover the cost of the return by themselves but we advice to contact us previously.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on furniture ( chairs, bar stools, poufs etc.) or lighting (floor lamps, wall lamps, table lamps) if we can issue a full replacement. In case of no replacement available we will issue a full refund or a compensations depending on the reason.
We do not except return on items that were customised, special orders or items under sale or discount.
We can refund ONLY in case if the item arrives damaged due to the courier company omission and if we CANNOT replace the item. If your product is damaged and we CAN replace it, you will receive a replacement and not a refund.
In case if we cannot replace the damaged item we will offer a compensation for the damage which depends on the volume of the damage and if the item is usable or not.
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your product if you wish to return it.
We at Homio Decor take pride in delivering new and sealed products to our customers. We like to believe that we've established a level of trust with our customers and would like to serve them with the quality of products that we have.
If you were offered a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method if your item has arrived damaged and its not usable, please note: if the item is usable we can issue a compensation for the damage caused or send you a replacement.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Note: We cannot process cancellations. Once you have placed the order it will be processed within 24 hours.
Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number has tampered
- Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer's warranty
- Product is used or altered
- If a request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery
- Free product provided by the brand
- Not as expected cases/Like or Dislike
- Order placed by mistake
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you received damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver a replacement to you or we will issue a compensation to your original payment method.
If you want to exchange your item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
