Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary standard shipping, including all applicable taxes and import duties.

Standard furniture delivery is to the entrance or lobby. In-room, white-glove and expedited delivery may be arranged for an additional charge.

Production and delivery times vary by product and destination. Tracking is provided after dispatch, although sea-freight tracking may activate only after arrival in the destination country.

Remote and island destinations may require a separate quotation. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Returns & Order Changes

Most Homio Decor furniture is made to order. Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has been scheduled.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect measurements or natural variations in colour, grain, texture or stone veining.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Following review, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement part or replacement product.

Separate conditions apply to textiles and decorative accessories.

One-Year Warranty

Homio Decor furniture includes a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects that affect the product’s structure or intended function.

Coverage may include structural frames, joints, bases, legs, hardware and manufacturing workmanship. Following assessment, we may arrange replacement parts, a professional repair or a replacement product.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, unsuitable cleaning or maintenance, or natural variations in leather, stone, timber, fabric and sheepskin.

Warranty claims must include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.
