It is not necessary to register an account to place an order. You can process your order directly without registering yourself.
However registering an account with us, will come with a number of advantages including discounts all year long.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
You can also see the tracking process visiting the page Track Your Order on our Website. You just need to fill the Tracking Number and your email information.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the email info@homiodecor.com or fill out the Contact Us form.
Our main fulfillment centers are located in USA and China.
That is where all your orders are shipped from.
For convenience we ship most of our USA orders from all USA warehouse.
We put a great effort into making sure that your items are delivered to you in a timely manner.
We have 7 days delivery products, you can see them here 7 Days Delivery (within USA)
The rest of the items will be delivered within 14days to any locations, apart from customised products.
We accept customisation on most of our products. Please contact us via email info@homiodecor.com or Live Chat to find out if your order is customisable.
You will have 30 days to return the item. We accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on without any discounts.
- The item is not a customised product
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return request is made within 48h

Customers can request a free return and refund (for some products) within 30 days of receiving their order.

Returns are confirmed within 30 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 7 days of our services accepting your return.
We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name.
