Return Policy

You may return items that are in stock and ready to ship within 30 days. Returns are customers responsibility. You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@homiodecor.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on furniture ( chairs, bar stools, poufs etc.) or lighting (floor lamps, wall lamps, table lamps) if we can issue a full replacement. In case of no replacement available we will issue a full refund or a compensations depending on the reason.

Note: We cannot process cancellations. Once you have placed the order it will be processed within 24 hours.
