Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days unless its an item made-to-order. Made-to-order items will take 7 days to process. 

After order processing your order will be shipped out immediately and followed with tracking information that will update within 3 days after shipping.

You will receive tracking information to your email right after the order has been sent out from our warehouse.

Returns

Returns are processed within 30 days after receiving your item if all the requirements are met. In some cases returns are not possible, please refer to our Return Policy.  

If your parcel arrived damaged or in bad quality you have 48h to let us know from the day you have received it. In case of delay of informing us about your parcel damage, refund or replacement may be refused.

Homio Decor Warranty

We offer 1 Year Furniture Warranty and customer support.

Our coverage applies to all furniture and decor items. The coverage includes wood frames, joints, sinuous springs platforms, bases, legs and hardware, which are integral to the life of the furniture. We can send you replacements for free or at additional cost depending on the case that will be determined base on your photo evidence and availability of the particular part.

What products does the lifetime warranty cover? This includes all of our indoor upholstered & wood furniture such as sofas, lounge chairs, benches, ottomans, daybeds & chaises, coffee tables, wall decor.
