Return Policy

You may return items that are in stock and ready to ship within 30 days. Returns are customers responsibility. Items that are made-to-order are not eligible for a return as they are made specifically for the customer. You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of receiving your package.

Damaged parcels are eligible for a free replacement. Quality issue due to manufacturers fault are eligible for a free replacement as well unless the quality issue was caused by external causes. If you need to return an item, simply email us at info@homiodecor.com.

Shipping

After placing your order for a product that is made-to-order we will start manufacturing the item and have it ready within 8-10 business days. You will receive a shipping notification when the item leaves our warehouse. The estimated delivery time of those made-to-order items is 35-45 days after shipping due to the size. You can refer to the ETA on the product page.

Homio 1 Year Furniture Warranty

Our coverage applies to furniture and decor items. The coverage includes wood frames, joints, sinuous springs platforms, bases, legs and hardware, which are integral to the life of the furniture. We can send you replacements for free or at additional cost depending on the case that will be determined base on your photo evidence and availability of the particular part.

Which products does the lifetime warranty cover?

This includes all of our indoor upholstered & wood furniture such as sofas, lounge chairs, benches, ottomans, daybeds & chaises, coffee tables, wall decor.

Made-to-order

When you place an order for an item that says made to order that means we will start manufacturing this particular item as per your order, you can add additional request by emailing us at info@homiodecor.com. Made-to-order items are customisable.

We usually take 7-9 business days to manufacture the product and ship it out same day. You will receive a shipment notification once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Made-to-order furniture are not eligible for return as they are made for the customer after placing the order. However, if you have a problem with an order such as quality issue due to manufacturers fault or product arrived damaged, we can issue a free replacement for you based on provided by you photo evidence.
