Shipping

Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days unless its an item made-to-order. Made-to-order items will take 7-9 days to process. 

You will receive tracking information to your email right after the order has been sent out from our warehouse. 

Please refer to the ETA on the product page to know when to expect your delivery. If you wish to receive your parcel sooner please reach out to us at info@homiodecor.com., we may be able to arange faster delivery option. 

Returns

Returns are processed within 30 days after receiving your item if all the requirements are met. In some cases returns are not possible, please refer to our Return Policy.  

If your parcel arrived damaged or in bad quality you have 48h to let us know from the day you have received it. In case of delay of informing us about your parcel damage, refund or replacement may be refused.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

We offer 7 Days Delivery on selected products within USA. The rest of the products are usually delivered within 7 to 15 days to any other location within Europe, Canada, Australia 

Please note: large items (chairs, coffee tables, benches) will take to ship longer due to their size. It can take up to 24 business days to arrive depends on your delivery address. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (if the shipping company provides it). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

You can also track your order using our Tracking Page. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@homiodecor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Homio Decor offers duty free delivery for most of our products. 

In case if you are required to pay the import fee please note the following: 

• If your parcel was received at the mail warehouse please contact the customs to pay the custom fee, so you will receive your parcel quickly. 
• Normally you have up to 20 days to pay the custom fee.
• If the fee will not be payed the parcel will be automatically sent back to us.

If your product does not qualify for duty free delivery all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Homio Decor Warranty

We offer 1 Year Furniture Warranty and customer support.

Our coverage applies to all furniture and decor items. The coverage includes wood frames, joints, sinuous springs platforms, bases, legs and hardware, which are integral to the life of the furniture. We can send you replacements for free or at additional cost depending on the case that will be determined base on your photo evidence and availability of the particular part.

What products does the lifetime warranty cover? This includes all of our indoor upholstered & wood furniture such as sofas, lounge chairs, benches, ottomans, daybeds & chaises, coffee tables, wall decor.
