Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days unless its an item made-to-order. Made-to-order items will take 7 days to process.
After order processing your order will be shipped out immediately and followed with tracking information that will update within 3 days after shipping.

Returns
Returns are processed within 30 days after receiving your item if all the requirements are met. In some cases returns are not possible, please refer to our Return Policy.
If your parcel arrived damaged or in bad quality you have 48h to let us know from the day you have received it. In case of delay of informing us about your parcel damage, refund or replacement may be refused.

We offer 1 Year Furniture Warranty and customer support.
Our coverage applies to all furniture and decor items. The coverage includes wood frames, joints, sinuous springs platforms, bases, legs and hardware, which are integral to the life of the furniture. We can send you replacements for free or at additional cost depending on the case that will be determined base on your photo evidence and availability of the particular part.
What products does the lifetime warranty cover? This includes all of our indoor upholstered & wood furniture such as sofas, lounge chairs, benches, ottomans, daybeds & chaises, coffee tables, wall decor.

Is this real marble or a replica?
Yes, all pieces in our Marble Collection are made from 100% genuine natural marble. We never use resin, composite stone, or faux finishes. Each table is hand-finished and unique in veining and tone.
How heavy are the marble tables?
Our marble coffee tables typically range from 80 to 180 kg, depending on the size and shape. All items are delivered fully crated and handled with care. For safety, we recommend placement by two people or using our white-glove delivery service.
Will my table look exactly like the photo?
Due to the natural nature of marble, no two pieces are ever identical. Expect beautiful variations in veining, pattern, and tone — that’s what makes each piece a true one-of-a-kind.
How do I care for my marble table?
Use a soft, damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid acidic cleaners (like vinegar or lemon) which can etch the surface. We recommend sealing your marble every 6–12 months to help prevent staining and enhance durability.
Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?
Yes. Many of our marble pieces can be made in custom dimensions or finishes (honed vs polished). Please contact our support team or chat with us directly for bespoke requests.
What if the item arrives damaged?
We take extreme care in packaging and shipping all marble pieces. If anything arrives damaged, simply reach out to our support team within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
